Are you planning on playing sports at Serrano High School next year? Make sure you complete ALL athletic clearance requirements BEFORE tryouts begin!

✅ Create and complete your Home Campus athletic clearance account
✅ Upload a completed sports physical
🚨 PHYSICALS FOR INCOMING 9TH GRADERS MUST BE DATED JUNE 1ST OR AFTER 🚨
✅ Physical must include:
• Physician signature
• Physician office stamp
• State license number
• Parent/guardian signature
• Student signature

✅ Upload a copy of your medical insurance card
✅ Complete all online athletic clearance forms and signatures
✅ Maintain a 2.0 GPA and pass at least 4 classes to remain eligible

Student-athletes CANNOT participate in sports until ALL clearance steps are completed.
